I see it like Isabella though, as a 3-D with the red line going through the center void like a laser beam or something. But that's what's so cool about art, just like with books, everyone gets to have their own interpretation, and if you are the red line Cip, that picture belongs on your wall! Hope it hangs there soon.Stefaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14943596258182968212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12546017.post-1162829076307125132006-11-06T11:04:00.000-05:002006-11-06T11:04:00.000-05:00Ok, this is weird. Cuz first I was going to say, I know that coffee spot, I spent quite a bit of time in that coffee spot (though it's had a few incarnations and wasn't a Timothy's then), in fact, I used to work right upstairs from that coffeespot (hence, why I spent so much time there). And then you reveal the artist as Bill Murray, and I think to myself, I knew a Bill Murray, I worked with a Bill Murray — in that very spot above that very coffeeshop. And having clicked through the website I'm fairly certain it is in fact the same Bill Murray, him having been Creative Art Director and all. Now, he left that employer quite some time before I did, but — and this is the really freaky part, Cip — I espied him on a few occasions sitting in the Starbucks at Chapters across the street.

I think you're reading too much into the black line though. The pile-up has to stop somewhere, the one on top is incidental. Although, I see the thing as 3-dimensional (and it occurs to me just now that you may not) — the red line is not broken, oww, in fact it's completely solitary, touching nothing, running through a void circumscribed by overlapping toothpicks. You can create your own toothpick model at home to better visualize this.Isabella Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10735198478395875257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12546017.post-1162765739581091772006-11-05T17:28:00.000-05:002006-11-05T17:28:00.000-05:00Now now Col Mol. My playing of Tears For Fears that made you realize I am overly nostalgic today and have more time than the average ten people? The fact that my cat talks back to me? In the original Greek?
Yes... will be good to listen to your ongoing heresies tonight. See you soon!
[With your money Col Mol.... honest to God, if you were ANY kind of friend, you would right now do the right thing and ORDER ME THAT PAINTING! All it takes is a few clicks. See you at the Entmoot tonight!Cold Molasseshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15712709530663147902noreply@blogger.com
