Merisi...Oh [First] Anonympus -- that is just mean.

Merisi -- Ahh, the pleasure is mine. People buying and reading more books -- this is what I am all about.

Thank you [Second] Anonymous. Thanks for adding your own endorsement to these fine two books.

Alyce -- just a quick word -- I really do highly recommend Possession, by Byatt. I loved that book, and the movie is quite good, too. But the book -- yes, it's a superb read for a good serious reader like yourself. Definitely not "fluff".Ciprianohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00254338542624853230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12546017.post-27687658933108883322013-04-21T22:08:26.466-04:002013-04-21T22:08:26.466-04:00I loved the skillful writing in The Marriage Plot....I loved the skillful writing in The Marriage Plot. I've been reading a lot of fluff lately (because it's all my scattered brain can handle) but I'm almost to a place of needing something more. I've got Possession by A. S. Byatt on my coffee table as a probable next read.

I have considered reading The Stranger's Child, but I'm not sure yet. Maybe in the right time and mood.

I am only about a third of the way through The Swerve. So much fascinating info in that one, but I need a more alert mind than I have right now in order to return to it.Alycehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10919057159829023714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12546017.post-42831309826299156252013-04-21T21:53:23.400-04:002013-04-21T21:53:23.400-04:00Loved the brief review.
