This is one of the fundamental problems with being a human being. Typically, without great effort, we are unable to see the big picture. If we walk into the pristine woods, or the jungle, everything seems like chaos.
We don't see that each element, as random as it seems to us, serves a purpose in an order that is too large to see. In fact, I wonder what place we serve in this order. Our society seems inherently self-destructive; what role does this serve in the overall scheme of things?
The world is not to be put in order; the world is order incarnate. It is for us to harmonize with this order.
