Walter: A Saturday Poem
Walter Not that Cronkite fellow, no. Ivanhoe author? Guess again. The cigarette/sailor guy, Raleigh? The creator of Mickey Mouse? My own middle name? → Bingo. The Mall, drizzly mid-June evening. I pass by the Hallmark display. Slowing my pace, I am reminded. There’s no address where he, more famous than all of the above, is.© Ciprianowords Inc. 2009

I think the address is in our hearts.
True enough.
This is why, every time I pass by a store on Father's Day, or well.... as of this year for the first time, Mother's Day also... I see those cards on display and I think of my parents.
Nowhere to send them a card, but yes, they are so present, in my heart.
