Well, I just finished my first full week of being back to work after a terrific holiday on Vancouver Island. My sister snapped this shot of me next to some sort of blue monster thing in front of a souvenir shop on Government Street in Victoria, B.C.
Whatever the expression on that monster's face is meant to represent, it matches EXACTLY the way I feel at the end of a week of work!

Blue Monster! That is Sully from Monsters Inc- one of the great recent animated movies. Actually we watched it for our family movie night just last week, having not watched it in ages. Vancouver Island is gorgeous.

How fun that you got to see Sully! I can understand how you wouldn't know who he was if you haven't been watching animated films much in the past ten years. I know exactly when that one came out (Monsters, Inc.) because my oldest son loved it and we watched it endlessly on dvd.
Yes, I recognized Sully too! We just watched Monsters, Inc recently and it is pretty cute.
