Niagara: A Saturday Snapshot
Niagara never ceases to thrill me.
I have visited Niagara Falls perhaps ten times.
This is my favourite picture I have ever taken of the "Canadian" side of the cataract. [Which, by the way, is also the BEST side!]
It was several years ago, a visit my best friend and I made.
If you comment, dear reader, choose from the following responses:
A) I've been there, and loved it.
B) Was there…. did not like it.
C) Have never gone, and probably never will go.
D) Have never gone, but I want to.
E) Had my honeymoon there.
Thank you Alyce, for hosting this terrific Saturday Snapshot meme @ At Home With Books.

D Have never gone but would dearly love to!
And I want to see it from both sides :-)
Do make the journey one day, Brona.
The mist in your hair is worth it all.
D it is!
Great image, Cipriano!
Did you fly over or is there a watchtower?
A wonderful weekend to you,
Merisi
Hah! Another "D" response.
Merisi, I did not fly over... no, I was just standing there, beside the swooping water.
There is a high-up watchtower, too.
Thank you for your wishes for a great weekend -- I'm well on the way to fulfillment.
It's "A" for me...although it was many years ago.
D for me. Would really love to see it sometime. Lovely shot.
A But not as much as I love visiting France. My husband and daughter are visiting Canada today, only because it's the closest hotel they could find to her college on family weekend. They're just going to relax, not sightsee.
D for me. Would love to visit one day :D
Now I simply must visit someday...I think the Canadian side would be great to see.
I have not seen the Eastern parts of Canada, only having visited BC and Alberta.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Great photo!
A - the Canadian side is spectacular!
Choice A!
I grew up in Rochester, NY, so we made many trips to Niagara...and you are right, the Canadian side of the Falls is the best!
We now live further away (Delaware) but took my kids there, and they loved it, too....especially Maid of the Mist!
Gorgeous photo - thanks for the rainbow and the smile it brought.

Book By Book
P.S. One of my best friends in college (Clarkson) was from Ottawa!

Definitely "D!" :) I just don't know when that ever is going to happen. The photo is lovely!
F. I really, really want to go!
Have never gone, and would love to, but would probably not get that near to the edge.
It's on my list♫♪ Love that shot!
Haven't gone--might go someday. Love that rainbow--beautiful shot!
Have been there and loved it.
Loved it? I lived it. That's where I grew up, Cip, and I agree the falls, no matter what is breathtaking. This is a particularly magical shot though.
Fantastic job!
Haha yes, my honeymoon! Well, technically we spent one night there in a seedy motel on our way south into the states. It was a lot of fun :)
F) Grew up near there, such that anytime friends or family visited from out of town we had to go take in the Falls, to the point where I got really sick of it.
I've never been there, and am unlikely to visit, but, oh how I would love to see it. http://goo.gl/W9O2Z
"A" and glad I had the chance. I read a book about the Falls a few years ago - unfortunately I can't remember the name of it now - talked about the development, pollution, the tightrope walkers, going over in a barrel, and the honeymooners. Good read.
A. It was 30 years ago. I'm ready for a return visit.
That's a great shot btw.
Loved picture!
Here is my Saturday Snapshot post!
A) ... and my photos did not do it justice! You got a perfect shot! Kudos!
Gorgeous photo! I have never been and probably will never go not because I don't want to but more because there are lots of other places I want to go making it less likely I'll get there.

I didn't understand the choices.
